Thank you for your good news call this morning, Mint360property has gone above and beyond in regards to communication and customer service for my properties. I would like to give a special mention to one person in particular, Adrian Fiorenza. Adrian sold me an apartment on Alison Road, Randwick and he did a wonderful job. Adrian was always friendly, presentable and professional in front of myself and the other buyers that were interested. He showed a great deal of patience and guidance to help get the deal across the line in the best possible light for both parties involved. I wish him all the best along with my appreciation.

I just wanted to send a note about how impressed I was with Adrian Fiorenza during my time of buying on Anzac Parade. Not once did I feel like just a 'buyer'. Adrian was patient and at times even coached me through the buying process which was/is still confusing to me. I also had a difficult Solicitor whose method was most unorthodox. This approach almost cost me the property. Adrian went above and beyond his call of duty and personally picked up my contract to exchange with the vendor. I was so impressed that my broker and myself now call him, St Adrian. Thanks also for your time Diane. My introduction with Mint360Property has so far been a positive and reassuring one.

I thought Adrian did a fabulous job of personalising the whole sale from my perspective. All my questions were responded to in an extremely efficient manner and he also made himself available outside of what I would consider to be the normal working day. His sales approach made me feel like a personal friend/relative not a client, as corny as that sounds, so well done to Adrian. The hand over to you and your involvement, I thought was very professional and also appreciated the personal touch. I was grateful for the time taken by you, on answering all my questions relating to the rental and running through the agreement. Even though I understand this to be part of what is required by Mint360, I also know not all companies are that diligent. So thank you. Chris, being nominated as my rental manager worked very swiftly and responded to all my concerns and or queries. I have met him a couple of times in person and have found him to be very personable and efficient. Let’s not forget the reception staff who also have been very efficient and pleasant when calling. In summary – I think your agency / team create a very personal connection / environment and that today is an extremely valuable advantage especially having to deal with so many call centres and recorded messages.
